Molly joined Big Waters in December 2025 as the Database and Donor Stewardship Administrator. In this role, she applies her expertise in data and event management to support the organization’s mission. Growing up on the California coast, Molly developed a strong appreciation for nature and the environment, which ultimately led her to Florida in search of warmer waters. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Marine Science from Eckerd College. As a certified Scuba Instructor, she is passionate about exploring and protecting marine ecosystems. In her spare time, Molly enjoys traveling, paddle boarding, and diving in Florida’s springs.

I’ve always felt connected to nature and the ocean, growing up on the California coast. Now, living among Florida’s springs and the Gulf, I’m proud to be part of a team making a tangible difference protecting wildlife. Seeing the effort that goes into protecting these places makes me appreciate our green spaces even more.
