This neighborhood park was acquired by Sarasota County with the assistance of Big Waters Land Trust in 2012.
Why it Matters
This small park is an asset to the Nokomis Community, providing residents a place to get together, relax, and have fun. Parks and natural areas in our communities provide places to gather, make them more attractive, help increase the value of surrounding lands, and spur economic development and tourism.
